Hello everyone, it’s Dale here, and in this video, I’ll show you the strongest Volume Profile levels to trade this week. We are going to take a look at the ES, Canadian dollar, and Swiss franc. So, let’s check them out. What you see here is the TradingView platform, and we are looking at a 30-minute chart of the ES. And what I want to talk about is a support which is in here. The support is at 7,695.

The reason behind this support is that if you take a look at the price action first, what the price did here when it was dropping, then it suddenly turned, made a sharp reversal, and went into this very, very aggressive buying activity. So, buyers were dominating in this place. I talked about that before, that those buyers started to jump in, and those buyers jumped in in this place. Let me show you with Volume Profile, because if you use the Volume Profile here like this, then it’s very, very clear where they started to jump in, right here. See this heavy volume cluster? This is where the sellers were selling, but buyers started to jump in. They started to buy, and from this place, they reversed the price into this uptrend. So, this is a very, very important place. This is a very, very important place for the buyers, and when the price reaches this place in the future, then it’s very likely that there will be a reaction, as those buyers from here are likely to defend this place again. Now, the way that I place the level is at the beginning of the volume cluster. See, this is the volume cluster. My level is at the beginning. This is where the reaction is most likely to happen. Also, if you take a closer look, you can see that there is a very, very tiny fair value gap, and the level is at the beginning of that fair value gap. The fair value gap does not give this too much extra strength, but it is there, and it adds a little strength to that level because it’s just a small fair value gap. But, you know, at least it’s something, better than nothing, so I just wanted to mention this. But the main idea behind this is really just the sharp rejection of lower prices and the volume cluster within that rejection. That’s the main idea behind this. So, yeah, now we need to wait for the drop here, and if it does, then take the long from there. Okay, so that’s that long that I want to trade on the ES. Let’s now take a look at the USD/CAD.

So, here we have a 30-minute chart of the USD/CAD, and here I want to show you a setup that I trade when there’s a trend. I call the setup the trend setup, and it goes like this. When there’s a trend like this one, you want to trade pullbacks from significant volume clusters. So, what I usually do is I use the Flexible Profile, or TradingView calls it the Fixed Range Volume Profile, and cover the whole trend area with it and look for significant volume clusters. In this case, I would like to trade from this one. This is a very, very significant volume cluster that formed in here, and from there, you can see that there was strong buying activity, also a couple of fair value gaps adding strength to that move. So, that’s why I like it: big volumes, a couple of fair value gaps, a big move, and I would like to trade from the beginning of that heavy volume zone. So, this is the beginning of the heavy volume zone. This line, that’s my long level at 1.4109, right? The idea behind this is that the buyers were pushing the price upwards, adding to their long positions. Those guys were active, for example, here. You can see that on the Volume Profile. And when the price reaches this place again, those buyers are likely to become active again, defend their longs which they placed here, and push the price up from there. Okay, so that’s the volume cluster here and the long from the beginning of it at 1.4109. One more thing that I like about this level is that the price already made a rather strong reaction here to this level. See this one? That means that in the past, this worked as a resistance because of that reaction, right? And when the price finally blew past that resistance, it turned into a support. Okay, so another setup confirming the strength of this level, right? So, we have the Volume Profile setup as well as this price action setup saying that it was a resistance and it turned into a support. So, yeah, now we need to wait. We need to wait for the pullback. When the price reaches this place, then we go long from there. Let me now delete this Fixed Range Volume Profile.

Let’s take a look at this gray profile on the left. And this profile shows how the volumes were distributed throughout the whole previous week. This volume cluster which I showed you wasn’t the biggest heavy volume cluster within the whole previous week. It was this one, but it was close. This was the weekly point of control, but this one was just a tiny bit smaller volume cluster. It was almost the weekly point of control. So, that’s another factor adding strength to the level, right? Because it was like the second-heaviest volume cluster in the whole previous week. So, that definitely counts. Okay. So, yeah, that’s that long on the USD/CAD. Now we just need to wait for the pullback and then take the long from there. And now let’s take a look at the next idea, which is on the USD/CHF.

So, here is a 30-minute chart of the USD/CHF. And what I want to talk about is a long level, this long level which is at 0.8243.

What caught my eye here when I looked at the chart for the first time was this huge fair value gap here, because this is something that clearly stands out, and it marks a place where buyers were really active and really aggressive, right? Because they pushed the price aggressively upwards. So, this is the biggest fair value gap we can see on this whole screen. And I like to trade from the beginning of a fair value gap. In this case, this is a bullish fair value gap. And the bullish fair value gap begins right here, right? That’s exactly at our level at 0.8243. Additionally to that, it’s not just that I need a fair value gap to trade a level. I also need heavy volumes, right? And what we have here, if we take a look at this with the Fixed Range Volume Profile, is this volume cluster here, rather significant volumes, right? Sitting here in this rotation. So, the idea behind this is that if there is a pullback, then those guys who were active here, adding to their long positions here as they were getting ready for this up move, were adding to their long positions here. And now, when the price reaches this place in the future, they should push the price upwards from there again, right? Normally, I would place the level at the beginning of the heavy volume zone. That would be in here. But in this case, I think that the market will want to close the fair value gap, right? Because the market tends to fill gaps like this and then react. So, I think that they’ll want to first fill the gap, hit this level, that’s the beginning of the fair value gap, and then those guys will start defending their longs and push the price upwards from there again. Okay, so that’s the idea behind this level. Now we just need to wait. We need to wait for the pullback, and when the price reaches this place, it will be a long from there.
